Livemon Report List
Livemon offers up-to-minute reports with complete flexibility to customize them based on
variables including date, keyword, and referrers. Livemon reporting features the following reports:
Traffic AnalysisVisits: A visit is a request made by a visitor for a page on your website. LiveMon identifies unique visitors by taking into account the IP, the user-agent (browser or mobile phone or PDA), the OS of the visitor. Visits from search engine spiders, robots are ignored while compiling this report. Please note that LiveMon does not count page-less visits or visits by search engine spiders, robots, and server responses with special HTTP codes.Hits: Hits are successful requests that user-agents made during the given period. A hit could request any kind of a file on your site: images, HTML pages, a MS-Word document etc. A single page on your site can attract multiple hits, as pages are normally made up of text, images, style sheets, and graphics like Flash movies or MPEG videos. Bandwidth: The Bandwidth report tells you how much bandwidth your site consumed during a given period. LiveMon calculates bandwidth by taking into account the images, pages, and files users accessed on your site. Downloads: This report lists the popular files on your website (executables, audio/video, documents, and archives like .zip) by rating them against the number of times they were downloaded. LiveMon allows you define what files should come under Downloads and those that should come under page-views. For example, HTML and image files (GIF and JPEG) come under page-views and hence are normally excluded in the Downloads report. Page views: This report compiles a list of requested pages and rates them according to their popularity (based on number of requests a page attracts). Time Spent: The average duration of each visit made to your website for a selected date range. This helps you determine how engaging or 'sticky' your content is, and optimize content for all the pages on your website.

Page ReportsTop Pages: Provides information on the most popular pages of your site. By studying the pages that users view most, you can fine-tune all the pages on your site and make your site more interesting, engaging, and popular.Time spent per page: Gives you a break-up of how much time users spend on various pages on your website. By analyzing the pages that retain users for longer periods you can optimize all the pages of your site. In other words, make your site 'sticky'. Errors: This report documents the errors that your website users encountered on your website, and helps you in fixing the errors. For example, a 'Page not found' error may affect the credibility of your site, and your business; an 'Internal Server Error' may cast doubts in users' minds on your site's robustness, and on the safety of performing transactions on your site. Form Submissions: This report tells you about how users used the various forms (like Search, Contact us, or Order form) on your site.

Click through Ratio: This report tells you how a user arrived at a particular page and where the user went after viewing that particular page; how users clicked their way through your site. For example, you can track how effective a product’s page is by studying how many users clicked the ‘add to cart’ link, on that particular page.

ReferralsReferring Sites: This report lists the URLs (external websites) that link to your site and brings traffic. User sessions that do not involve a referral indicate that the user bookmarked the site or typed the URL of your website directly in the browser.Search Engine Referrals: Provides you information on search engines that refer your site; helps in optimizing your site for search engine rankings. Keywords: Provides you with a succinct analysis on what key words and phrases users use to reach your site. The Keyword Analysis report helps you in fine-tuning the content of your website for better search engine rankings, and in deciding what keywords to buy while advertising on popular search engines like Google.

Manage profiles: Create more user profiles who can view specific or all reports. Provide the required details to add a new user. For instance, a person from the marketing department would be only interested in viewing general traffic and referral report and should not be allowed to create new users. Default Time-zone: Livemon can display reports in your local time zone irrespective of time zone log file. Select the time zone you would like to view the reports in. Manage Extensions: Allows you to indicate the types of web pages and files that you want LiveMon to take into account while creating traffic reports.
